Oops, had totally forgot to update this page, and for more than a year! Well, since I don't know if anyone actually is reading this it might not matter anyway. I just got back from Portugal where I was at a commercial shoot for Pedras Salgadas, which is a large mineral water company there. We're doing a lot of realistic animals in 3d and that will be a very fun job. Had a really good time and met a lot of new friends. If you haven't been to Lisboa you really should. Lisboa in spring...

On the private side I started a T-rex sculpting project last fall. I also managed to paint a few kits from my collection, which is a rarity these days. Actually I painted a couple of dinosaurs, sculpted by David Krentz, last spring too (here and here), but the last piece I painted was Fewture Models Vampu by my house god Takayuki Takeya. Since I got my workshop together nowadays I'm sure I will keep up the painting again.
Feels GREAT!
I UPDATED MY DIGITAL PORTFOLIO WITH REELS!

31 January 2006
Kong got nominated for an Oscar for best Visual Effects. Pretty proud of being a part of it, but Metro Sweden blew it up and almost stated I was nominated, even though I clearly said that we were over 500 people working on it... Journalists. >(

12 December 2005
Kong Premiered and all the Fido crew went and saw it with me. I alsosaw it on a press screening a few days ago, and really enjoyed it. It was great to see it all in it's context, and I felt the 3 hours wasn't enough. ;)

1 December 2005
Started working at Fido Film in Stockholm again. Great to be back, but I really should have taken a rest for the rest of the year. Utterly exhausted.

12 November 2005
My last day at Weta. The last 3 - 4 months has been hysterical, but I still enjoyed every single day. Now let me go back to my family. ;)

28 May 2005
My kit "Nosferatu - the Vampyre" was today re-released by Tennessee based Nocturna Productions. As of now they haven't yet updated the site with info, but send them an email and they'll hook you up. The kit premiered at this years Wonderfest convention held in Loisville, Kentucky.

21 April 2005
I have finally found some time working on getting this site up and running. So far only the Sculptural Arts pages, but it is at least a start!

14 March 2005
From today I will be working in New Zealand at Weta Digital. I will join the animation team on Peter Jackson's King Kong.

10 March 2005
Last day on Fido film until November.
Finished a lot of stuff. I baked a lot of the maquettes I've been doing for many projects on Fido. I also finished off a cool Design-suggestion for a Vampire in the first Swedish vampire flic ever... It is the main badass in the feature film Frost bite that is currently shooting. Fido will do all effects, both digital and animatronics/make-up. I also sent off the original of my Kinski Vampire kit to the States. It will be re-released soon with a all new base, cluttered with rats.
I will tell you more about it when I am allowed to.
